Nationals of the Russian Federation may, in accordance with concluded international agreements on mutual travel of nationals, enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, with a valid travel document issued by Russian Federation.
Nationals of the Russian Federation may enter, pass through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days, with a valid passport, without a visa, from April 1, 2021 until October 31, 2021.
